Who Are You as a Business?

£16.00

What makes your teaching yours — and can your audience see it?

There are thousands of yoga and Pilates teachers out there. So how do you stand out without trying to become someone you're not?

Your uniqueness isn't necessarily one big, clever USP. It's often found in the combination of your experience, your teaching style, the people you understand, the things you care about, the way you work and the perspective you bring to your subject.

In this masterclass, we'll step back from the pressure to "find your niche" and instead explore who you are as a teacher, who you are as a business, and how to articulate what makes you different.

We'll explore:

  • Who are you as a teacher? Your experience, strengths, personality, values and approach — and what people actually value about learning from you.

  • Who are you as a business? What do you want your business to stand for, and what kind of experience do you want people to have with you?

  • What makes you different? Looking beyond qualifications and types of classes to uncover the less obvious things that make your work distinctive.

  • Who is drawn to you? Understanding the people who naturally connect with your approach — without trying to squeeze yourself into one narrow "ideal client".

  • How do you articulate your uniqueness? Turning all of this into language that is clear, natural and meaningful to the people you want to reach.

  • How does this show up in your marketing? Making sure your website, social media, offers and messaging actually reflect who you are rather than sounding like every other teacher.

  • What do you want to be known for? Identifying the themes, ideas and qualities you want to become associated with as you grow your business.

You'll leave with a much clearer sense of what makes your business yours and language you can start using to communicate that more confidently.

Because standing out isn't about shouting louder.

It's about becoming clearer about what you have to say, how you teach and why someone would choose you.

Why Train with Me?

It’s a fair question. I want you to be asking this!

This is my jam, 100% of the time.

There is a lot of free training out there. You are constantly being fed tips, tricks and “must-do” strategies.

Here’s the difference.

Marketing is not a side interest for me. It is my career. My craft. The thing I have done, full time, for my entire working life.

In addition to my “day job”, I have run a yoga studio for nine years. Not a short stint. Not covering for someone. Nine years of weekly classes, bookings, emails, cancellations, launches, tech issues and real-life logistics. Figuring it out every single time.

Every week I am doing the tasks I teach you. Yes, even on Christmas Eve.

I’m so committed to helping you

Can you imagine how many newsletters I have written? How many bookings I have moved? How many systems I have tested and refined? Thousands. And that is before we even get to the hundreds of teachers I support through Santosha Marketing. From those teaching one class a week in a village hall to studios managing hundreds of classes.

This is not theory. It is lived experience.

My commitment is to give you advice that is excellent, practical and informed.

I am always studying!

I was accredited by Google Squared Digital Marketing Academy early in my career. I worked as a Head of Marketing, and then as a Consultant for leading tech companies in London for many years. I hold a Diploma in Professional Sales. I have completed hundreds of hours of continued professional development in marketing and SEO and I am currently training to become Meta Ads Certified.

Alongside that, I am a 200 hour yoga teacher, with additional specialist training in breathwork and pranayama, and currently doing 100 hours of CPD in nervous system response.

I understand marketing.

And I understand yoga teachers.

That combination matters.
