What I Know.
Our knowledge of self-care and relaxation has improved considerably in the past few years, we all have a better idea of what it takes to have a healthy and happy mind and body. There’s been an explosion in the wellness industry with providers supporting us on our therapeutic journey. But…. this doesn’t mean the marketing bit is easy!
