Your £1,250 website includes everything you need to get your new site looking beautiful, working properly and ready to be found.
Up to 5 core pages
We'll decide together which five pages your business actually needs.
That might be Home, About, Classes, Retreats and Contact… we will work out what you need.
Your website should be built around your business, not forced into a predetermined menu.
Bespoke design
Your website will be designed specifically for you, rather than starting with a template and asking you to squeeze your business into it.
We'll create a visual direction that feels like your business and speaks to the people you want to attract.
Everything is designed entirely from scratch just for you.
SEO foundations
SEO isn't a scary thing, it’s just about helping you be found on Google.
I'll build the foundations into your website from the start, including:
keyword-informed page structure
page titles
H1 headings
meta descriptions
image alt text
sensible internal linking
Google Search Console connection
search engine indexing
I'll also flag opportunities where I think a dedicated page could help you be found for a particular service or type of class.
Mobile optimisation
Your website will be designed and checked for mobile as well as desktop.
Because that's where a lot of your customers will actually be looking at it.
Bespoke stock imagery help
You don't need to have a perfectly curated image library before we start. Many of my clients use a combination of imagery as they don’t have hundreds to choose from. Don’t worry we will find your vibe!

No problem.
I'll write the copy for your website based on your questionnaire, our conversations and what I know about your business and audience.
This is for businesses who want more than guidance… they want me to write the words.

Your Oak website includes five core pages.
Sometimes, though, having more pages is actually the right thing to do… particularly for SEO.
For example, if you teach Chair Yoga, I will recommend giving Chair Yoga its own dedicated page rather than trying to squeeze everything onto one generic Classes page.
Standard additional page | £50
For straightforward pages using the existing website design and blocks.
Great for additional classes, services, locations or SEO-focused pages.
Complex additional page | £100-£150
For pages requiring more bespoke design, structure or functionality.
For example, a resource library or another more involved page.
I'll always let you know which applies before we add it to your project.

A blog can be a wonderful way of sharing your expertise and attracting new site visitors. If we are setting up a blog for you, this will be £50, if you want me to migrate your existing blogs from a previous site it will be priced accordingly (expect £150, unless we are talking hundreds!)

Already have your booking system set up?
I'll integrate it into your new website so customers can easily find and use it.
If you simply need a button or link to your existing booking system, that's included in the Oak website.
Need help setting up your booking system?
Full booking-system setup and training isn't something I offer at the moment as part of my website projects.
If you're planning on using Bookwhen, I have a step-by-step Bookwhen course for £55, which takes you through the setup process.

Want to sell courses, resources or memberships or a shop through your Squarespace website?
I can set up the Squarespace membership area or digital course or store structure for you.
Large-scale uploading and formatting of course content can be quoted separately depending on what you need.

Your standard Squarespace newsletter signup can be connected to your existing Mailchimp account as part of your Oak website.
If you need something more complex, that's absolutely possible… it just sits outside the standard website build.
This includes things such as:
MailerLite or another email platform
custom forms
embedded forms
email automations
domain verification
email authentication
setting up an email marketing system from scratch
These can be scoped and priced separately.

Your Oak website includes a Zoom tutorial so you know how to make routine changes yourself.

Oak is a bespoke website design and build service. It isn't a full business setup service.
So the following aren't included in the £1,250 project:
logo design
domain support or domain troubleshooting
full booking-system setup
email marketing system setup
ongoing website maintenance
large-scale blog uploading
copywriting
full brand identity design
If you need any of these, just ask. Where I offer the service, we'll add it to your project. Where I don't, I'll point you in the right direction.
Your Squarespace subscription and domain are purchased directly by you. Squarespace handles domain support.

Of course this depends on each project but there are three main costs you'll need to be aware of.
The Domain: this is your santoshamarketing.co.uk - website url. This is a small amount (usually under £10 per year and often free for first year)
The Platform: I build in Squarespace but other popular platforms are Wix or Wordpress. This is around £18 - £25 per month depending on what functionality you need.
The Project: Starting from £1250
I know cost is a huge factor for you and I'll always try to provide options to suit your budget.

Yes, I often work on improvements to your existing site, from minor tweaks to bigger structural and redesigns.
We can also migrate you to another website platform if your current one isn't working for you.I have more on this page about that.

For a brand new website, it could be a couple of days if I have all of the information, however on average it's 2-4 weeks from start to finish.

Yes absolutely. I am almost fanatical about providing training. It's really important to me that you know how to make routine changes and you feel like you really own your website.

I can help you with copywriting, depending. on how much you need we will scope this.

I can add links or buttons to your existing booking system as part of the website.
If your booking system is already set up and you want it properly integrated into the website, that's £50.
I don't provide full booking-system setup or training. If you're using Bookwhen, my Bookwhen course is available for £55.

You can add Brand Direction for £150, which covers your website colours, fonts, imagery direction and a simple style guide.
I don't offer logo design.
