For years I was a yogi through and through, Pilates came to me when I suffered severe Pelvic Girdle Pain in pregnancy and was left unable to walk. I re-built much of my body with 1:1 pilates via a teacher who was a stickler for technique. I’ve seen how it can change bodies and I think it’s a wonderful form of movement we all need to do!
