The Santosha 10-Day Marketing Invitation
A gentle January invitation for Yoga & Wellness teachers who want their marketing to feel clearer, calmer, and more supportive.
This is not a challenge.
It is not about doing more, more, more.
It is an invitation to make your existing marketing feel easier, more purposeful and more aligned.
This is for you if…
Your marketing sits in the back of your mind, quietly draining your energy
You know there are small things you could improve, but you do not know where to start
You do not want another loud strategy or complicated system
You want your marketing to reflect the care you bring to your teaching
You do not need to be confident with tech.
You do not need to be “good at marketing”.
You just need to be open to small, supportive steps.
How it works
One focus each day for ten days
Clear guidance and gentle prompts
Practical tasks that take around 20 to 30 minutes
No perfection, no pressure, no keeping up
You can move at your own pace and take what feels useful.
Why this is an invitation, not a challenge
So much marketing advice creates pressure.
Post more. Show up more. Do more.
This invitation is different.
Over ten days, you will be gently guided through small areas of your marketing that often cause confusion or friction. Each step is designed to bring clarity, not overwhelm.
You can do this alongside your life, your teaching, and your energy levels. It costs £15 to join my membership group, more on this below.
What we will gently work through
Over the ten days, you will be invited to:
Get clear on what you actually offer
Improve the one website page most people visit
Make your Instagram bio clearer and more helpful
Check your Google presence
Simplify how people book with you
Tidy up page titles and meta descriptions
Review your pinned posts or Canva templates
Get your key information in one place
Set up or review your welcome email or newsletter
Choose one calm focus for the months ahead
Each step builds confidence and reduces noise.
What this is not
It is not about fixing your whole business
It is not about daily posting or chasing algorithms
It is not about funnels or sales pressure
It is not about being perfect
This is about sustainable, human marketing that supports your work and your wellbeing.
You won’t be bombarded with non-stop emails. You will get one simple “hello, here’s what to expect email” from then you will see a new video daily in the membership library, and I’ll send a quick Slack message which explains what the focus is for the day. If you miss a day, don’t sweat it. I repeat this is NOT about more work for the sake of it. Pick it up when suits you.
What you will gain
By the end of the invitation, you will likely feel:
Clearer about your offers
More confident about what people see when they find you
Less overwhelmed by marketing
Learn some important marketing skills to take forward
Better equipped to make calm decisions going forward
Many people tell me this sense of clarity is the most valuable part.
Who is guiding you
Hi, I’m Laura.
I support yoga and Pilates teachers with marketing that feels grounded, local, and doable. I specialise in helping teachers who find marketing and tech confusing, overwhelming, or stressful.
This invitation is shaped by years of working closely with teachers who care deeply about their students and want their marketing to reflect that. I also run the marketing for my family’s yoga studio, and every year I take all of these steps myself.
Sensible advice, rooted in experience.
What you will receive
A daily video and worksheet inviting you to undertake one task/area/brainstorm per day for 10 days to support your growth for the coming year.
A supportive tone that meets you where you are
Ability to ask questions in the Slack Group
You will not be asked to do anything that does not align with your values.
How much does it cost?
You will need to be in my membership group to join this challenge. This is £15 per month. You can join indefinitely, or simply for the month of January. You’ll also have access to the bank of videos already there, all aimed at marketing yoga, pilates & wellness. This is my sole focus.
